Everything at work is going great, and truly appreciate the opportunities and learning environment here, as a suggestion, it would be really helpful if working hours could be slightly reduced and if we could have every saturday off. This would help maintain a better work life balance and boost overall productivity and motivation.

***Avoid Imaga Trade and Craft*** I have worked in various companies over my 23 years career, but my experiance with Imaga Trade and Craft stands out as the worst. The owner, Mr. Praveen Kumar, is exceptionally unprofessional. He frequently boasts about his accomplishmants and the companies success, but when it comes to fulfilling basic responsibilities, such as paying salaries, he is notably absent. Imaga Trade and Craft operates on a troubling hire and fire policy. The company has a revolving door of employees, often hiring people for only a month or two before terminating them without compensation. Over the past three years it is clamed that 56 individuals have worked here, despite the office only accommadating three people. This figures speaks volumes about the company's instablity and poor management practices. In summary, I strongly advice aginst working for or associating with Imaga Trade and Craft in any way.. The unprofessionalism, lack of respect for employees, and failure to meet basic obligations make it a company to avoid at all cost.
