...u. They ask a lot about our feedback, listen to us also, but doesn't work on it. They are proud about giving salary on time, only on papers.

Dislikes

Can't manage account issues and HR issues. Employees getting appointment letters after 8 or 9 months. Salary never on time, or they just send in parts so that we keep our mouth shut. Doesn't have employee id for pf, so professional tax is also cut from the salary.

Lots of things are to be disliked starting with * the work culture is poor, the HR who is supposed to be helpful was the most disinterested person in the entire company *the salaries were credited late, 15-30 days late And sometimes 2 months. *I received my PF after 2 years about which I wasn't updated since 2020. * after leaving the company I had to follow up with the seniors for 6-7 months for my F&F *some of the employees were very rude from the sales department

Initially , things look okay to you because it all starts good . Excitement to work and if teaching is your passion you love it all . But then , slowly they just tell you to other works , such as creating content for their newsletter and which is not even your job. They tell you to call students and the parents for academic issues , which is certainly not a faculty's job. You trust and share your problems with them and they never ever take any positive action on it. And it's terrible at the end.

Mostly its all dislike only. There's nothing really to like about working here, except you get to know all your senior including your boss and the director are all one and you can never expect from them. They tell you to focus on self development and learnings but they never give you time for it because there is so load of work and they expect from you a lot , you expecting from them in return is never a thing.
