While my overall experience with the company has been positive, some areas could be improved, one aspect is communication between departments, which can sometimes be lacking and result in delays or misunderstandings. Additionally, the training programs, while comprehensive, could be more structured to better support employee development. lastly, the performance review process could be more transparent and consistent across teams. As an HR Manager, I have made it a priority to address the above points effectively and efficiently in the first quarter (Apr to June 2024).

It's a great company to work. They are far from latest technologies happening (as on 2017) in the IT industry but you can explore those you will get support from Product head and Manager, You need balance your work and personal life.
