From salary point of view I was always ahead of my colleagues and sometimes I was getting more than product company salary. Management listens to your issues if you are genuine and I have seen they go out of the way to help the employees.

Simply put, there were no upsides at Incise Infotech Company. It's a place I wouldn't recommend due to numerous issues and a generally unpleasant atmosphere.🚫 People gets projects or clients only by using there tounge. 👅

...eople are working here with no salary increment even after a year. Call centres are far better than this atleast they do increase your salary on time.😑

... just hire people to sell them to other companies. They company policy is worst. Their offer letter says that as a employee you have to serve 2 months notice period, but if they need to fire you as their prblem like not availability of projects etc, they can just give you 15 days salary and fire you. They deduct salary if you have taken more than 1 CL every month. They have no paid leave, maternity leave plan. They just pay minimum for your PF. If you want to increase company contribution on PF they do not do it. They are just manpower consulting company. They dont have any projects. They are still a training company. for giving job to freshers they generally charge 85K from the students and most people nedd to work Free of cost in the first 6 months of emplyment.

It has an amazing company for freshers to learn different tools and methodologies. Management is very cooperative and supportive. The learning environment is excellent for freshers and early learners. We work with top notch clients , its a strong career launchpad for many engineers. I would highly recommend Incise. Work timing are flexible and it also encourage work life balance for all employees.
