...e dor you but in dact no one cares. Ita not an emoloyee friendly company at all. Bonus is a joke as when time will come near to give bonus you wilo be tood that bonus and or appraisal wipp be adjusted in next cycle. This cycle never comes. If you questioned anyone then you are definitely not getting anything. There is an ugly person who has a bald head and wears specs and he literally eats the whole day. He is the head of all managers there and his name has 'S' in the first name and kumar..as second name. You will spot him clearly if u follow my description. Very imp. He has a very very bad character with respect to females. He wilp purposefully call female employees in his cabin to spend time. He wants attention and if any good looking female employee snaps or avoid him then she goes in (PIP) performance improvement program. Be aware...very bad place for girls.

...arnt lots of things. Here lots of annual leave and festival and fixed holiday. Salary always credited on time, mostly last working day of month or 1-2 days before.

Indigo used to be good when I newly joined. It had a strong and stable leadership so it was growing n I could see the happiness on everyone's face

The current situation of company is really pitiful. The top management is highly unstable and chaotic. It feels like to escape from this company everyday. Absolutely no work-life balance. Extreme pressure. Lack of trust and many more

Toxic work culture, Harassing higher Management. Even all sorts of harassment are real here. One of the Higher management people whose name starts with S****** Kumar is the one who does harassment.

A worst possible place to work, filled with insecure sycophants, back-stabbers and professionally incompetent wanna-be; starting with the CEO and all the way down the rat hole. They hire with flowery KRAs, then comes the crashing reality-check when the so-called top-management curse you for delivering upon those same KRAs! Has an absolutely disgusting work-culture, despite being part of the reputed Leo Burnett Group. In a nutshell, a 'Lala company' run by nut-jobs, for nut-jobs. My advice: if you ever get a call from them, simply ignore.
