GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

IndoAsian is the best company to plan & start your career in electrical switchgear domain with its limited product portfolio & select markets. Also, working with a Legrand Group company like IndoAsian further enhances & elevates your professional rapport with the competitor brands & provides an insight into the electrical industry.

...eam can leverage an assured regular business. Everyday needs to be a new hustle. Variable pay is well-evaluated as a tool of appreciation, however, the annual appraisals do not stand out to satisfy their own employees. A lot of conflict & politics among teams can be experienced, that too inculcated by the high-level managers.

There is no job security. Company has done employee layoff during covid 19 (That too experieced employees) after taken all other measures like forgo increment and salary cut during covid. Following a good cuture but it did not reflect in day to day work. HR has no power in this company, regional managers can alter or block any company decisions like WFH, policies etc. Depends upon manager work pressure may be different.

Compensation are very less. They are one of the cash rich company bt treated employess during covid like marvadi company (Had lost salary increment, salary cut and forced to surrender Privilage leave also by company). Increments and sales incentives will not get as expected and in a normal maket standard. Procedures are there bt no use for employees. Company did not value the performance of employee they needs to safe only stakeholders and Distributors.
