Work culture, Job security is worst, they just terminate without giving reason in the same day. work life balance is poor. Management is way too worse in Hyderabad office they treat employees like call centre people.

I have joined insightsoftware on Sep 2022 and it’s been a year but so far I could say I didn’t see any major things that I can say as not good. So far all looking good 👍

1. would like company to arrange some development skill program. Like excel advance course, Power BI, Macro development - these courses can help employees to automate daily work routines and save time.

Dislikes

Management expects employee to be a robot who has to be productive every minute and asks status every hour on the progress of work. The work environment is very toxic and micro managed. Management should understand that we are professional employees and not kindergarteners that needs monitoring every hour. The leaves should be approved as per requirement by employee and not as per convenience of management. May not be all but my manager, doesn't have any knowledge on the work we do in team and just acts like a postman between higher management and team members. Just pressuring employees will not give results and this organisation should understand that.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, no job security, they will hire and fire without reason. Many team mates were asked to leave. Company don't have vision and keep on acquiring startups.
