Officially, the office timings are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. But actually, the duty starts when you wake up in the morning around 6:00 AM and your duty will continue till you go to sleep at night around 10 PM. Sometimes meetings and sometimes site work go on till late at night. Due to which you will not be able to give time to your family properly. Although officially there is a holiday on Saturday, but on the same day the management holds meetings from 8 am to 11:00 am and in the evening as well every week, due to which you cannot even experience the Saturday holiday properly.

work culture and work satisfaction, because have no support from our management of vender controls and I have no power of other vender selection, because vender not provide manpower if I have strict for Safety, Quality and work SOP, and our management do not take action to Venders, and do not provide systems right for better analysis, like HES, WFM, Communication check i.e.

The policy of the company is good .But the salary is different at the same position.

I need to take transfer at my home town due to some personal issues but not transferred that's why I had to resign from company

...e of a good employee is max. 02-03 months. 7. No clear vision of the company. 8. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses and you get paid back half the amount after 06 months, if you beg and continuous follow up with the finance team. etc.

There seems to be a significant amount of politics and favoritism involved in promotions, with those having connections to senior management being favored. Meanwhile, many employees who have been working diligently for 2-4 years or more have been overlooked for promotions. Furthermore, the appraisal process lacks transparency, leading to perceptions of unfair treatment
