1. Work life balance. There is specific time one needs to work. 2. Work load is such that one can complete job and leave office on time. 3. People here are mixing easily. One can feel that good environment here.

1. Salary is average on delhi NCR. Salary could have been better. 2. There shall be training on technical as well as HR related topic. 3. One good canteen facility is not there.

Management is supportive, Good working environment, Company politics is good, They give good salary every month and yearly bonus.

I dislike due to large distances from home town and no free school bus transportation to children

One this which is good in company i.e. Finance. Company is financial strong and give salary on time, People are bad. Dirty Politics. People are mentally sick.

Dislikes

As I already mentioned nothing is good. Old company, Old employee, don't know how to work in modern world. Old employees are only getting benefits of company policies. They recruit you for Noida Location and always worked from Yamunanagar. No work life balance. People join this company as they will work in Fortune 500 India company but everything is worst in company. Yamunanagar people have their own lobby and they does not want to enter in that lobby. Worst people I have seen ever.

1.Those who flatter get promoted and those who work do not get promoted. 2.The North South Hindu Muslim color is very much developed here. People look at each other with a feeling of discrimination. 3.People are unnecessarily harassed to transfer them from one side to another. No person is allowed to stay on one side. 4.Those who flatter their bosses move ahead and the bosses also support them and push them ahead. They leave the rest behind. 5.There is no working environment like that of a multinational company. Like a normal contractor, they are made to work day and night. No overtime is given, no extra leave is given, nor is overtime paid.

Good Opportunity to start. Have a brand value. Management and owner trying to rectify the problems.

Dislikes

...ir Sunday too. No work from home or 5 day opportunity even for office employees. Discrimination between permanent and contract employee (in salary is obvious but respect and contribution bonus should be same)
