The only thing good about me working in ITD Cementation was the food of the mess and the fact that the company has a lot of Bengali people. Me being a bengali, it's easier to speak my mother tongue.

...day and moreover having to spend 14+ hours outside is a horrible job experience. In addition to that the salary is not even close to compensate the amount of time you're giving the company from your everyday life. You literally wake up at 6:30AM freshen up and have your breakfast to leave at 7:30AM and then after the work in site you get back to your room at 10:30PM. You won't even get time to talk to your parents. The sad part is the seniors there normalised using slang language and verbally abusing juniors so much that the project manager laughs if someone complains about something like that. The overall experience was horrible. I am never going to a civil engineering core job ever in my life again and will suggest people who have options to not go if you want some peace in your life.

Work culture is better than other construction company and Job is also secure in it.

Poor salary structure and very late promotion. Increment is also low than other company. To get leave permission is also a big matter. Safety culture should be more strict like that L&T ,TATA etc. Staff should be got training in his field after joining

First thing You will not get value in Site , and Secondly Project Based Local Admin will give you problem , Thirdly you will not get Extra Life , It is actually 14 hrs duty not 12 hrs duty on site. As a GET I am Telling please Don’t Join ITD Cementation. Specially Don’t join DIV-3.
