Perfect Work Life Balance and Good Salary Package. Good Company for freshers. I am working here for 5 years. We can easily communicate with TL and Manager without hesitations. Overall We can prefer to work here

Need to Improve Skill Development program for employees

It's my first company that I have joined as a fresher. Good package at that time in 2016 they gave 4.5 lakhs package by hand I got 32k to 33k. Every year they have common hike for 1.5 lakhs.. i worked there for 5 years. While leaving the company I got 10.5 lakhs package. By hand I was getting 73k. Coming to learning experience: In company we have poor working standards. No internet access while working so there is no one to help you out while you stuck with an issue. Even if you get help from somebody still it will help you to finish that taks . You won't get in-depth knowledge on product you are doing. Working hours are 9 am to 7 pm . Some times u need to work till 9pm as well. But u won't get any extra benifits. Main draw back here is you won't get good learning experience and job security. You may get fired once in an year.

No job security. Zero learning skills. They won't provide any additional facilities other than salary. No transport or food facilities are provided.

Company policies are bad appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year for very few

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No job security No exposure to new technology No work life balance Will fire people for no reason stating that they don't have projects or client to pay you. Lot of politics. Even though u perform well if from wap side they asked to reduce the count they will fire even top performers. No huge cafeteria . In name of development u will be doing only bug fixes, documentation, screenshot works.

Nothing.... whatever salary they are paying please don't work under this company Don't see any other reviews...It's stupidity to work under this company...please consider only this review. Bcoz out of 100 employees 99 employees will accept this review. That 1 employee maybe CEO or Manager
