The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

One the director is really growth oriented and keen to align the company.

Dislikes

A lot of improvement required on how to treat people. No system in place. No acceptance of new ideas and innovation. Considering multitasking as a key. No hierarchy. Too much of controlled atmosphere. No set goals and employee connect with brand.
