JK white cement industries is the best of my knowledge. because of its culture here an existing environment, learning environment, balance with work, good pay & many things which make it good.

all things is good, no work pressure, my senior & colleges are too good but only one thing that i don't like that it is slow carrier growth.

The only best thing in this company is that you may save your money earned as mostly it is in remote location.

... prime time to develop myself, I cannot make it for being it in remote location. Not much salary and package. But you'll get the work more than you are paid. The staff is also not supportive. They promised to give good food and accommodation. Initially they provide good food but within a week they created a division that with hygiene only senior manager can eat & I have shifted to one of the worst mess. Thier accommodation is also not good. The crux is only that you can have best life here if you are at minimum position of commercial head. Here working days are 6 days. Sometimes have to do overtime

Salary on time. Little bit learning is there. Lot more challenges.Employee will be very fast in every single things. She/He will be capable to manage lot more unwanted pressure. Your manager will make you habituated to accept the slangs. You will learn how to accept illogical statements just because they are manager.

It's a absolutely worst company. It was not like this before. People used to work here for more than 8-10 years. Now No work life balance. No matter where and which situation you are , you have to attend sudden some illogical virtual meeting. They don't care wheather you are standing under sun heat or rain they will make sure you feel humiliated. No constructive criticism there , only destructive. One RM has joined recently he doesn't seem like he is a manager but seems like he is an author. If you give some logic he will give stupid statement using some good vocabulary and will make that a glorified Shit. They doesn't understand market scenario. Just because they commit some illogical sales value in HO to make there huge salary justified they will push you to acchive that.They are unable to convey market scenario in a right way in HO that is why some illogical pressure in coming. If you want to make your life hell please welcome otherwise don't join here. Everyday you will feel stress. Your health condition will be worst. I don't know other state in West Bengal it's worst.
