...lity like state feeling..and hr HODs are worst here both plant and corpy also... especially they asked me for retain for some position and package...I replied them ok..then they changed the decision with in one month...I asked them when I'm reliving...they didn't replied me..... over all... worst culture going on there...they are only pushing people who are not working properly...who are roaming with mobile phones...who are not having minimum knowledge about work...

They pay salary every month.There they don't cheat. Pharma is somewhat ok, but Biotechnology is worst .

1.Far away from city .I became sick by travelling. 2. Job security was not good .Now I cannot tell . 3.All edited data , you will forget ethics. 4 HR many people are worst.Though new HR head is good, I listened from current employee .Previous HR head had very bad attitude. 5.Food was worst, unhealthy, several times , I and many became sick.

They will give package hike in the join but not giving the increments is 1% to 5% my best suggestion is don't tempting for package definitely u will regret for joining in this organisation

1. Zero work life balance you should work for daily Genral shift to B Shift 2. We don't need to use our knowledge and skills hear if you use you will be here unparliamentary language from ur head 3. Worst Corporate HR department they hide many things before joining 4. Worst food if you eat regular definitely u will get healthy problems 5. The company so far from city the transport facility is not good 6. What are knowledge skills u have before you joining that will degrad as long u work 7. If work here definitely u will get mental tensions and health problems *Internal politics *Zero work life balance *Mental tensions *Zero work satisfaction Orally what I want say is avoid Jodas for better future.

Work-life balance not there, But there is a good and ample learning for new joiners. But cannot work for longer period. Company culture is good. There is no recognition for hard working and other smart workers.

Dislikes

There is no proper recognition Salary, appraisal, work environment, poor culture. Not good place to work. You cannot take even your leaves, Sick leaves, HR policies were not good.

Unhygienic Canteen. Unprofessional staff from HR to CFT Managers. People dont want to learn nor make them other learn. Dont think for employees. Lies about policies ( what they will speak to you will be contrast of that). Forgery with Documents Manipulation of Documents No GDP or GMP Behaviour
