... cons of JODO pros -Good work-life balance (but expect this in peak season ;) -Good pay, in general, I would say pay is not extremely good just a little above or comparable to the market standards -Good opportunity to grow, this company will give you a good opportunity to grow but you have to work for it now as there are way too many people in the organization as compared to last year which a good thing -In general people are good here

...d a lot in the last few months even is the peak season I am not expecting much now the travel policy - I HAVE NOT SEEN A WORST TRAVEL POLICY THEN THIS to give reference company has caped the daily travel reimbursement at 150 Rupees!!! which doesn't make any sense as some people are traveling almost 50 60km a day sometimes more, and even after that accounting to the policy we can't claim anything if we travel less than 40 km, at this point people are forced to pay out of there own pocket to do companies work To be honest I feel like this company is a great place to work maybe I just chose the wrong department to work in

friendly nature no politics founders directly encourage the har working people and boost up us

incentives are very less for customer success team we are the one who work and generates but we are the people getting paid less than activation , institute partnership etc roles related to sales above the customer success

Good support if you are in founders good books. Option to explore other roles as well

Dislikes

Very much micro managed. Founders are moody and blast any employee in any meeting or open spaces. Culture is not very much fostering or conducive for any discussions
