The only positive is the job security which is definitely high

1) Salary should be higher with avg. Assistant Manager earning 9 LPA at least. 2) Terrible work-life balance, with field engineers like me having to work 12, 16 or even 20 hrs if required. 3) No company accommodation/quarters arrangement in a place like Maharashtra also. I'm talking of their Dolvi, Raigad dist. plant. 4) For the last 3 consecutive years, the stupid management is giving me "Good" rating only and not higher. Promotions are very slow, with avg. duration between 2 positions being 5-7 years. The biggest reason I'm going to leave the company for.

It's an Indian MNC and growing Company.so have some organisational benefits in terms insurance apart from that everything is normal and nominal compared to market.

There is some Managers in Bhubaneswar location,they create a wrost environment for junior employee,they are not working properly and always depends on their juniors ,if junior open their mouth they hold TA.DA of the same employee. Culture is very bad .one of the suside Traning Company you must die . Mr. Dhanjay dubey ring master of the Game . Do not join this company for money. Either you lost your Positive confidence.
