I got a good platform in Kalintis company, all the people are very helpful, it is a very good company

Dislikes

Kalintis company does not have dress code and canteen facility or does not pay overtime. Overtime should be paid.

PL, SL and CL policy is as per factory act rules.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no work environment and professional culture. There is no transparency and uniformity in management policy. No appraisal policy. Increment is very late and there are nepotism in top and middle level management.

If you show Kalintis review show... some people review......do not join Kalintis if your stable life destroy,There are few manager in research team arvind jagale and Tushar bhatt. Both of them nothing work about research and other documents query.. blame junior and other. Also there's micro politics about there department if your girl so not a issue but if you boy than that the main issue they always Target working people and blaming always there trouble shoot utility issue always say why don't put some effort and time but if your not free time so why do some other work but the don't understand that things and some people always seating for 8 to 8.5 hr and show as him/her work but do nothing in that time.... So, be aware they all manager are terminate from other companies and with reference join Kalintis. Not any knowledge not any possible things...

Everything This place not good for male employees because there is nothing to for men but everything is good for female employees. In every department worst conditions for male employees. Main things is partiality for male employees Company nothing to do for male employees in every case (like safety, increment, rules etc..) There is every rules for only male employees not for female employees..
