Mainly no appraisal for 2yrs and laid off stating COVID with salary deduction.... Senior most team were from other sector and didn't has any knowledge of real estate... But due to reference they are bosses.... No respect to junior most staffs by them..... No appreciation / recognition for work done.. Hr been rude while laying off... When it was most needed support .. No support from VP sales on customer abusing and hit me... Stating it part of the job role... Many more...

Good company policies for employees. Very co-operative teammates. Excellent work culture. Bonus every year. Economically supportive medical policies.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. Inter department politics. Overload of job responsibilities. No training for soft skills.

Company directors are very aggressive, focused. If you perform well and consistently then no question about job security.

Dislikes

Lot of work pressure on certain department need to address and standard practice of reporting need to prepare from where all the other departments can gather data for their respective reports. Presently every department is asking report in different formats killing time in doing same work.

This is a classic example of how disorganized, unstructured and unethical most real estate offices are. It is a Lala company that doesn't give you an offer letter, joining letter, travel allowance, visiting card or any formal induction training. Yet the management applies undue pressure for business without planning, strategic and reinforcement tools in place. They are greedy blood suckers. The salaries are pathetic and are paid after the 10th of the next month if one is lucky. The management and peers are neither qualified nor articulate and they look to hire vulnerable job seekers, exploit them and fire them at whim and fancy. The incentives are "NEVER EVER" paid to the poor hardworking employees. The attrition rate herein is a whopping 65-70% here and with a sound reason. The management lacks empathy, professionalism, culture, reasonability and above all any sort of vision. Please, please don't ever join this company even if it is the only one left in the universe.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
