X) Good fake promises at the time joining and interview from HR. XI) No Offer Letter, Joining Letter and Confirmation Letter. XII) 50 % consultancy charges paid from your salary. XIII) Fake reviews from new joining before spending time with company minimum 6 months as per as HR to save company reputation in market. XIV) Venus, Gaytri, and other placement are recruiting for company for hiding things with candidate.

Salary late in Khushboo beauty care. salary is being held at the time of salary by making some excuses, salary date more the 1 month +20days (50days).Even after 50 days, there is no guaranty whether the salary will come into the account or not. Above 10 Hrs. duty time and more than extra hours. No befits extra hours. there is absolutely no job security. there is no HR policy. No salary slips. No ESIC NO PF NO other benefits Note : - i have wasted 4 Months of my life working in Khushboo beauty care.

I have been part of this company for the past 6 years, and it has proven to be an excellent environment for individuals who are hardworking, loyal and passionate about their work. Nearly 50% of the staff at this company have been working more than 10 years, reflecting a strong culture of loyalty and commitment. However, this is not the ideal workplace for those who expect the perks associated with Government jobs and MNC's. Success here requires adaptability, dedication, and a result-oriented mindset, as the company values performance and perseverance about everything else.

Dislikes

One notable aspect of the company is that management is heavily involved in every detail of the operations. While this ensures transparancy and open communication it sometimes results in lack of defined hierachy which can create ambiguity in decision making and responsibility for staff.
