... I've encountered, where full of filthy conversations being a common occurrence. Salary is not given on time, and they cut or hold money without giving any reason. There are no proper work goals (no KPIs/KRIs), washrooms are dirty, and the overall working atmosphere is full of toxic. This place can truly ruin your career. Please think carefully before accepting an offer here. Your career and mental well-being are worth protecting.

...ing, the payroll HR said she was too busy to transfer salaries to bank accounts. For months, I had to take my salary in cash — no fixed date, no guarantee. If she feels like processing it, she will. If not, you’re stuck. They cut salaries without any proper explanation, even for silly things like birthday celebrations. Some employees who manage & hosts these celebrations openly misuse other employees money, and the director blindly supports this kind of persons only. Payroll HR never answers your calls or messages, especially once you leave the company that's it, you’ll be forced to beg just to get your experience letter or payslips. This company does nothing for your career. The environment is toxic and full of community favoritism. The director only listens to people from his own community If you’re not part of that group, you can be fired for no reason. The Director never investigates anything — just follows what his community people says. Hikes are not based on your performance. Regular employees get ₹1K – ₹1.5K that too after 2 years while his community or favourite employees gets even in lakhs. No proper onboarding is provided. No SOPs. No national or festival holidays. If you take 1 day extra leave or in off time if you don't pick up the calls they will fire you without any warnings Hygiene is terrible — only one washroom for everyone and no water. Workers will drink Rain water stored in tanks. There’s no place to eat; you have to eat at your desk. They don’t care about employee well-being at all. Some senior staffs treat the company like their personal kingdom and like a government job where they have more comfortness, looting money in n number of ways, and their tricks is that they create a dependency with the management so that the management should think that without them nobody can work and fit for the post. They do nothing, loot money in different ways, and fool the management into thinking they are irreplaceable. The actual truth is the senior employees over here will not provide any training to the new joiners and they portray that the new joiners are not capable to learn and fit to work in front of the management. They don’t train new employees and purposely make them look bad in front of leadership. The poor new joiners have no opportunity to prove their capability and they are blocked from meeting the Director or MD and never get a chance to show their skills. These seniors even fake resignations to get salary hikes — and the director believes them every time.

...retirement ,i could manage with low remuneration without periodic increments . Still painful that they even didnt paid my last month salary . Ethically KPL deserves to be downgraded

It has strict timing if you miss to punch in 1 second late your whole day salary will be deducted. Any small mistake you do in office penalty will be collected on you No induction,no promotion,no hikes,no job security Nobody knows what others are doing,even higher authority people . Everyday rules get changed Don't go with the job description here you will be made to work on everything at the end of the day don't be surprised if cleaning of floor gets assigned Monday to Saturday you will be get grilled they don't allow you to be in peace on Sundays as well Salary will come on those days when HR gets mood to pay you, irregular payday Your sir name plays major role here than your degree or experience. One of the worst management you will come across in your life After all this if you wish to join here you are trapped in uncivilized, un-understandable with best interal politics team ever in life Goodluck

...is nothing to like in this company. It is not even worth to call this a company. Please try for another company and do not join this company even if they are giving you higher salary. Trust me!!!

...s change everyday Candidates get blamed even if there is no fault of their own. They deduct salary without any proper reason Casual day leaves are promised from first month but are truly not give to some till after 3rd month No professionalism No will to improve & to support new ideas
