Salary is on time. Students and parents are cooperative. Admin is efficient and friendly.

... activity preparation is there threatened to cut 3 days salary for 1 day absent. They are not doing but working under constant fear of salary cut. Principal treats female gender without respect. Disorganised exam.

The new pricipal who took a charge is complete mad person with no ethics ,he was working with residential school previously for long 7 years so he treat it very one like they are in residential school .He is very arrogant and his behaviour with staff ,student and parents are not at all somthing which can be tolerated .There are some case of misbehaving by the pricipal with students and parents also . Thes student and parent who tried to raise the concerns were thrown out from the school .Many staff has resigned and willing to raise shn in future only becoz of the pricipal's nonsence behaviour .Staff are being spied all the time , They are not allow to even carry mobile phone with them for whatever reason.ITS ALL NON SENCE happening in the school because of this stupid pricipal

The culture of the school is very good and the management is also very good. it is very fun to work here because there is a iot of freedom and also we get encouragement from parents which suits our work.

There is nothing to like about this place. The principal is involved in personal grudges with the teachers and talks about pseudo idealism. There are no rules and regulations of employment. Will ask you to leave the job without prior notice.

Smart classes are there, they have a mess that has breakfast and lunch facility at a minimum price.

THEY ARE LIERS, Zero work life balance, super long working hours(even till 4 at times), Head will overload you with work, expect you to work anytime and every time they will call. Poor work culture. if you are ready to give up on your personal life, harass your mental health you can join!
