1. They says sop should be followed but there is no proper sop 2. Its like a road side shop, managers and cluster managers dont like the employee They will fired. They wont follow HR policies. 3. There is no equality 4. HR team wont responds properly 5. No managers stand for an employees 6. Pathetic policies towards employees and Customers 7. No proper customer service 8. They don't manufacture but they says those are their production's 9. There is no employees welfare activities... No promotions...Only sale

First of alll company give good incentive and Good salary with incentives and they offfer PF and ESI too I have been there as a traine but they offer 16000 salary for the first time . More interested thing is we can make more money if we are so active or of we have good performance they will give more salary as per our newd

This company is a disaster. Mismanagement is at its peak. From a lack of resources to disorganized operations, nothing is handled properly. Expect no appreciation for your work, and be prepared to deal with a toxic atmosphere where respect is hard to come by. People are left to figure things out on their own, especially with the clown heads that are present. Mediocre people seem to be the ones who get ahead, while those who actually work and perform well are left in the dust. This company is a BIG NO, esp if you are looking to grow and be recognized for your skills.
