I am a very happy being a part of lbf but salary is not good although there's a huge incentive which you can't get in any other organization and this incentive forgets your less salary imagination

No job security. They do not value their employees. For them you’re just a way of eating money, if not you then some other person will do your job. Your individual value is not there.

To be honest I worked for LBF for more than five years and saw a lot of people leaving the company due to behavior and discrimination issues moreover a lot of agents were fired just for not performing for a month or 2 upper management is basically have no management knowledge and the never care about if some has a family to take care of or loan to pay they will just follow USE AND THROUGH POLICY doesn't matter you worked for 5 years or 10 years one day they will through you our like garbage.

I love the fact that I was the part of this company, what I admire the most is the people of this company especially (Santo, Hank, Elgyn, Elvin, Sahil) these people were very sympathetic and down to earth...

Transportation and cafeteria facilities need to be improved..

Worst management. Does not matter how good you are, your job security is directly propotional to the mood of Managers. HR is just a post there even 10th pass can do that job. Human resource management is zero. They just exploit their employees
