The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Companies run on numbers. If you don’t negotiate, you leave money on the table. Have you ever been in a similar spot? How did you navigate it?

Nothing to like about this fake company .

After working 3 months for this fake company , I have discovered that Learning Saint Pvt Ltd claims to be a global online education platform operating in the US, UK, and India, but the reality is quite different. Their so-called offices in the US and UK are completely fake. For example, the US address they provide—"16192, Coastal Highway Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex"—is just a virtual address with no physical office. The same applies to their UK operations. Their only real office is in India, which raises doubts about their global presence. They also promote a "Pay After Placement" program, but it’s highly misleading. They offer a loan of $6,000 to candidates in the US, but with interest, candidates end up paying more than $15,000. Worse, they have no real partnerships with companies in the US, UK, or India for job placements. It seems the company is more focused on collecting money from candidates than providing actual placement support. Internally, the work environment is unprofessional. Employees are kept in the dark about important policies and pressured with unrealistic targets in a hostile environment. There are reports of verbal abuse and unreasonable behavior from management, creating a toxic atmosphere. If you’re considering joining Learning Saint, either as an employee or candidate, I strongly suggest you think twice and investigate further. Their operations and promises seem highly misleading. Specially CEO of this company Abhishek sharma is a fake person and he toucher there employees mentally as well.

As a potential candidate interested in Learning Saint Private Limited, I did thorough research before committing, and I’m glad I did. Learning Saint claims to be an online education platform operating in the US, UK, and India. However, I discovered that their so-called offices in the US and UK are completely fake. For example, the US address they provide—"16192, Coastal Highway Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex"—is just a virtual address with no physical office. The same applies to their UK operations. Their only real office is in India, and while they advertise a "Pay After Placement" program, this is misleading. They offer a loan of $6000 to candidates in the US, but after interest, candidates end up paying more than $15,000. Worst of all, they have no actual partnerships with companies in the US, UK, or even India for job placements. It seems like Learning Saint is only focused on taking money from candidates, with no genuine placement assistance or support. I decided not to enroll after realizing how many false promises this company makes. Everything from their operations to their guarantees feels fake. If you're considering joining, I strongly advise you to dig deeper before making any decisions.
