Very unprofessional company. It has only and only Politics. Work culture is very poor. Retired HOD's working on contract, will never let the juniors grow. if you are below 40's please avoid this company. No HR compliance. No System. Zero job security. Zero increment.

Director is v.v.good but chaploos staff is not good only critisize so this plant in 15 years top to low stage .no any orders and no any satisfectory service provide by our staff member . top management misguide .required best profesnals and agency. quality and survice is must for us .

Poor Qualification only 11 pass person earned in pithampur plant 80000/- and best worker and staff poor salary poor qualification person give job by N.kumar totaly requirment U.P,Bihar unskild person for own interest .

...yees and Management people are with a family member or a close friend of theirs. Good posts and Good salary structure is provided only to their family members and their close friends even if they are not competent enough for the work knowledge. Others are deprived and will be compensated only by the sugar coated words of the management. They would rather give a desk job to their known family member or a friend who is a male member but a hard challenging work of a factory supervision to handle the labours to a female employee, coz she is not anyway related to you other than the professional relationship. I was desperate to leave the job and I did it boldly. I do mot carry any good thing to say about ALCLAD FABRICATION PRIVATE LIMITED. I do mot recommend this company to anyone if he/she is not their family or close friend

LLOYD INSULATIONS INDIA LTD is one of the largest organization in industrial thermal and acoustic insulation contracting company. Mostly major project executed in India in the industrial and commercial sector for more than 60 years. Being a part of the team is really satisfied me. Colleague comes across various background and we work happily. As I work under eastern region main branch Kolkata office which covers main eastern part of India which help me a lot.

...reciation from management although putting best effort for clients satisfaction. Looking the job salary provides less.

Poor salary in Kolkata region as compared to other regions. Office place has been shifted from very proper place to remote place wherein conveyance is a big issue.
