No doubt company is very good but it's management is very very poor

Company management is very poor. No CL No SL. No national and festivals off. Even only 4 weekly off allowed if any month 5 Sunday then 1 day salary will be deducted. I am surprised this is limited company but feel like working in a little shop where no benefit for employees.

There is a lot policies and the management dose not address our issues.salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 7 years before which you cannot resign.

...rts interaction with promoters and the organisation is more like one one family. Decent salary, Appraisals are not friendly for potential identification and it's takes time for closure. Good work life balance and strong HR policies makes this a very good organisation to work. LTF is a leader in innovation in rice category, But they need to get into other categories to drive growths.

Work culture no job security on paper they show lots of benefits but doesn't give those benefits. No money for overtime and you must working months without leaves. Sellary is approx above the 20000 most of the case it's below 25000. At season time we have to do 15 hours of work daily for atleast 4 month with no week off and no holiday if you ask for leave they threaten to stop increments and sometimes they will ask for resignation.
