No promotion, if they give promotion they will not increase salary , Children of Employees are not provided any job in Company bechare Employees ke bacho ke liye job bhi nahi aese bohat Employees h jinke ek bhi ladka ladki Graduate hote huye bhi company m job nahi mili tum kya ma ke pet se sikh ke aaye the Employees ke bache h wo Employee jo 10 years se aapki company chla rahe h aese Employees ke liye Company kuch nahi kar sakti job bhi nahi de sakti unke bacho ko .

I just like that even you have no degree you will get a job here and the organisation will pay the workers on time.

If you want to ruin your career then come to this organisation the work culture is worse not getting salary on time sometimes getting salary one month salary after two months of working and provision period is of six months and in these six months you will not be able to take leave because leave will be sanctioned after your provisional period is over. Work culture is horrible here, there is no one to guide you technical skills here, all the workers are doing and they only know how to run the plant engineers doesn't know what the machine is and all that. They just give orders to workers that this work should be done i dont know how. There is only two shifts here and that of 12 hrs after my 8 hours are over i get paid 105 rs per hour but in that 12 hour 2 hours will be cut off for lunch and tea break

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...h attitude towards employees, by the reason the employees turnover is very high.Pls be aware of a 5 year bond and some % of basic salary deducted and kept as security deposit till 5 years which is never disclosed by HR dept.The living facilities are extremely bad like pegion holes which is worsely kept and for any repairs the employee need to pay money.The location of plant is extremely remote with very little shop facilities avialable( only 2 provision shop) for any thing else you need to order online.They have a very poorly managed hospital and for any problems you need to travel to panvel near Mumbai for any treatments, if you have a four wheeler its ok other wise you need to beg to the HR dept.The food provided in the mess is extremely bad and too much oily which is overcharged by the management and recovered from Employee salary . The promotion takes place in about 10 years with very less / no increments.There is a problem of salary holding of the respective month by the management as penalty for any mistake on the part of department like less sales, Employee turnover, machine breakdown, etc. which you may not be a part of it.Most of sundays you need to come.
