    Hi iam Lakshmi Kanta work on production line, I have shared what I have understood in my 1 year experience There, they deal with the workers well, help, give training on various skill development, do not give work pressure, make the work easy, you can work easily

    Dislikes

    The company is not good to eat, sometimes it pays well, it is not a core company of mechanical engineering. Salary is very low. No OT.

Read again Perfect organization for women to grow in career Satey wise Attional facility Crutch available for working mothers Perfect policies for women No harassment on women ( 0 tolerance, also harassment department who listen) For women its haven Flexible working hour And its opposite for men !!!!

    ... Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

    There is not enough growth in many terms about salaries, skill development The salary is very low there as we are working in delhi/ncr we expect more.. and Many people got stuck in Other locations from GURGAON because of this pandemic so company Should support them not to pressurized them to Come urgent. that's all from my side..
