    This review is related to the initial interview process with HR.

    Dislikes

    Initial interview with HR was chokingly disrespectful. HR representative was abrupt and inflexible. The tone of her voice and her overall communication style were passive aggressive. She indicated that per MERCK policy she will not share nor communicate any salary/compensation information and she "demanded" from the candidate to provide that information instead. - definitely a turn off. Will not join.

    Upper management always tries to involve and encourage all the employees all over the world.

    Indian colleagues treated as inferior as comparison to other foreign employees missing opportunities and compensation is terrible

    We get ample time to develop our skills with training and hands on with projects. Work life balance is always the focus here. Sometime you might need to push, but thats always manageable.
