...h, promotion, appraisal or increment after working efficiently for long 5 years. Salary not on time. Salary which is supposed to be given within 7th - 10th every month is given after 25th. Cheap quality engineered wood products are sold as luxury products at much higher rates than competitive brands and the persons who are working hard to sell these products are not even appreciated for their work. More over they are treated like they are the main causes for companies loss and downfall. But the truth is company's management and specially its owner is the main cause for it's downfall and loss. I personally worked there for around 5 years and when after 5 long years I asked for a nominal increment they requested me and many other employees to leave the organization by giving reason that company is facing financial crisis and will not be able to continue with us. Just imagine getting fixed salary of 12K for 5 long years with a designation of online sales executive. Not imaginable and very disappointing. If anyone see this review, then its my humble request to you. Do whatever you can but don't dare to work with this organization or take any furniture for long time use. It's my request. For any doubt, you can also crosscheck with other ex-employee who also face same problem

NOTHING TO LIKE. DURING COVID THEY STOPPED PAYING ANY SALARY TO NEW EMPLOYEES ONLY.

MANAGEMENT IS VERY BAD. GROWTH IS ALSO NOT THERE. SALARY PAYMENT IS VERY LATE. AFTER 15TH OF THE MONTH THEY PAY SALARY.
