Few of the local bangalore management such as engineering manager, qa manager, saasops SRE manager and the bangalore site head were really helpful motivating but they clearly lacked the leadership support.

...changes Terrible work life balance including weekends No compliance, even after 30 years they call it a startup No hike and bonus HR management is bad and not employee centric No career growth No kt as the knowledge is with few individuals and they play dependency game Cs management is bad and micro manages, wants everyone calling him sir and unprofessional

There's no much to appreciate t about Movius. Although my direct reporting manager is supportive, he is unable to assist due to internal HA politics here.

Dislikes

HR politics: Raghavendra, a self proclaimed highly qualified HR professional with a package of more than 40 LPA. Lacks of basics knowledge on how to prepare exp and relieving letter on the company's letterhead. Nepotism is in peak: HR hiring former colleagues who were laid off such as Anand and Lakshmi(seems both of them did not worked on actual software company because they does not know how Engineering team works) and offering them packages of as high as 1.5 crore. Its unclear how such questionable decisions are getting approved by top management. overall, it seems he is building his won inner circle within the company at the expanse of existing employees compromising fairness and transparency.

Dislikes

Management,HR and the policies are pathetic. My team and i were working all 7 days for the last 7 months working on never ending releases and the management wants us to wear it as a badge of honor. No appraisal, no reward and RoR and technology stack is so outdated and everyone fears to touch it if it will break. The customers are demanding and the management will happily make us wash their dirty laundry.
