Ms Agarwal foundries pvt ltd Hr and plant head they only support the Telagu people Those who do the oiling to plant head they can stay on the plant. Too much politics on the toopran plant lower level to plant head. Plant Hr is not good for any thing. They always put the problems to HO hr. They didn't give the medical benifits to the management employees even you face the accident on the plant. They simply denies they don't know and they will not give any thing. No medical benifits only deduct the medical insurance amount from your salary.

Its a Lala company where you will be reporting to their trustworthy relatives who has complete power and authority over you. If the plant head doesn't want you then the gates are closed for you the very next day. The policies are only on paper but not in implementation. Infrastructure is very poor and the place of the plant is in outskirts of the town where you can't have transport/mobility from company side and you are on your own. Some 3rd class labourers will dictate terms for you and show superiority. I left the organization within 2 months as I understood very well regarding Job security.
