I love the fact that i am a part of M.S.Creative. Its an institute which gives education of worldly as well as thereafter.

Dislikes

Salary is very low and the timings are also more as comparative to other schools.

Abaya facility. Lateef sir's session

Discrimination. Detoriaton of mental peace. Favouritism was at peek level. No appeciation. No support from the management. No permanant principal to recognise or value true teacher's effort,just go with the flow of buttering. Unfortunately no moral ethics instead of being islamic.

I think Ms Management is the world best management. I liked the islamic Environment I liked working system of Ms I liked Curriculum of Ms Ms philosophy Quality Education Focussing on students Training of Teacher

I don't hv any problems in the working system Ms creative school. I hv the problem with the working authorities of the branch. If u want to know where Ms has to work Hv a special communication of the staff. Teachers are made to sit mess without fan where as the principal is sitting in Ac cabin. Teachers value has been made worst than the menial. Plz forward my this msg to M.D .Latif sir If u will not look in the matter of Ms Bhiwandi The day will come where the principal in the mood to lock the bhiwandi From 2019 she is saying only 1 thing School is going to be lock Think why bhiwandi branch is losing the admission Parents hv the problem with the principal Principal is coming and hv gossips with the group she has made Like the incharge 300 students 3 incharges And sir many problems If u want to know u can approach me Even if my name will be disclosed I don't hv problem.Whether i be a part of Ms or not But Ms is my first priority Sir I want my Ms to be the toppest school of bhiwandi.Sir I beg you please bring the Earlier Ms again which we hv seen

Management policies in terms of support.Homely environment with least interruptions.Trust n faith on employees.Best part is no employee is deployed by the management until the former wish to discontinue.

No doubt it's for betterment of the institution but sometimes all of a sudden new system to be followed wherein even we are blank and needs loads of guidance creates abit disturbance n imbalance in scheldule but finally the results are very fruitful..

The management is good and there is a chance for growth .They concentrate on developing new skills in teachers which keeps you updated with the changing educational requirements

Educational sessions are kept on holidays and second Saturdays
