In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Just few and very limited colleagues is honest most of them are corrupt.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. The major part salary is gonna be same as before maybe if you are a boot licker and you can do your seniors house chores than maybe you can get little hike and there is no growth. You will be able to do all of the work but you won’t get any promotion. And incase you become sick there is no medical facility and they gonna terminate you in that kinda situation you can not expect any help from your company. If you expect that is your fault.
