In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Salary initially offered was good and most of the candidates fall for it and WFH

No growth in technical knowledge. No job security as managers are busy playing politics in saving their own jobs. Inefficient managers who thinks manager job is to force subordinate to work and showcase to higher management as their achievement . Clients are not much valued here. Managers are selfish and worthless. Ineffie Managers are creating NEC worst place to work.
