I got to learn new things. Treatment is very good we will learn much more and team work is excellent. Entire team is very helpful and cooperative which will help us to learn work easily in organised manner.

Dislikes

Work load is heavy compared to salary. Staffs are lacking due to which single staff have to do double shift most of the time. During illness also we dont get leave due to lack of staffs.

Nothing good about working at Neotia except it has got variety of patients due to its strategic location which drains parts of bihar, bengal and almost whole of the northeast.

Dislikes

...ey from their patients. Their behaviour towards employees is also inappropriate. If they get another employee for a lesser salary, they won't care about your quality and credentials and make you leave the job.

As my responsibility is Quality Assurance,at the aspect of quality culture it's very challenging. because my reporting manager work culture is like bossy and as he's background different so he didn't ready to understand the aspect of Quality culture and he is not good team mate

Pharmacy department is very good for work, and the employee also good and helping staffs. And the most important the boss of the pharmacy department is very helpful and cooperative. salary system is also too good.
