Due to the project i am involving right now, i get to travel State Government Health department related offices with in the State. From that I have learned how the Government Department works with their vendors and I get meet commissioners and other higher officials time time regarding this project.

Dislikes

When it comes to Appraisal it does not depend on how you perform, they internally decide the percentage and apply it in your next pay cycle, there will be no negotiation and no discussions.

Likes

Work culture is very worst. Project requirements should not be clear but manager expects to deliver on time. Non supportive manager. They just play politics in every aspects. He has no proper way of talking to employees very rude culture. No time limits for working hours.

Management is very poor Working hours not fixed Once there works get completed. They just fired employees. Too much politics

No great things to suggest to work with Neumeric technologies. As there is no proper work culture

automated email about delay in salaries for every month stating only for this month but happens every month. No proper crediting of PF though it is been deducted on monthly basis. It will be credited for every 1 year that too after long follow up with worst HR team and accounts team

Unplanned and deficit budget which explores need of interest.scope of learning new.

No work life balance, salaries are not on time. Company culture is defined by useless hr. No job security if you dont need to them after the requirement.
