They throw any salary you want while joining but the work culture is very very conservative & there is hell lot of politics within the company & departments. You can be transferred anytime , across India & there are no additional benefits given to you. The probation of 6 mnths extends beyond limits & u are always in dark whether u wil be confirmed or not. The increments are not in place on time & there are no Diwali bonuses for sr executives & above. There is no back up support for saels people , they keep losing jobs every 3-6 months. Not at all a long term company to work with unless you are an expert at chamchagir

Good motivation and over all they gave to good teaching..

I ask there work from other drivers feed back .. Too much monthly salary problem for driver.. They not give to salary correct time thats works and drivers...

All are good staff, their culture also doing good. Every month they given appreciation certificates for staff. They encourage all the staff’s. Yearly ones going outside meeting with categories level. All Saturday Sunday weekoff.

Every day meeting and no outside calls to every day.

As the promoters are involved full time in the company activities, the challanges if any will be addressed immediately. And all the logistics wings under one roof with well equipped and the company can make the requirements of the customer tailer made, selling is prouder

The missing co-ordination of the different vertical heads , which brings down the opportunities supposed to be. And few employees at the top level, for their own growth dragging down the company and potential employees.
