Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Absolutely Nothing. Client Partner or any business position is just a punching bag for the clients and internal stakeholders to hide their failures. Product & Tech hardly have any clarity on roadmap and has not delivered anything on time. They pride themselves as tech company but client treat them worse then a local agency. Internally, most of things they do are manual. Managers are busy in extreme micromanagement instead of operating in a planned manner. They won't approve your planned leaves and expect you to work continuously incase you take one. No standard Performance Management framework. Whenever they have to fire someone they will take out his "anonymous" survey and undermine your hardwork basis feedback of people who will have not any visibility of your work. Incase, you are getting positive feedback which foils their intentions they will call you a culture misfit and fire you. Please don't join this Lala company.

The organisation is full of uncles who do politics day in and day out to ensure their survival and take a fat check after contributing nothing to the organisation. The Operations Head & Product Manager are sycophants to CTO who is also a rude and grossly incompetent person himself and is only their because he butters up to CEO who has no idea what is going on ground. To hide the failure of their product they gaslight client and fire Client Partners at Ad-hoc basis. They have fired atleast 8-10 resources on the CP position in last 1 year. Average tenure is not more than 5-6 months in this role for people who likes to live a life of self respect. I am writing this details to make sure that you don't throw away your mental peace, work life balance and misdirect career for organization for such a toxic organisation.

Nothing is good about this organisation. Leadership is highly incompetent. They just work like a cartel and blame people who are not part of their group. A proper lala company with no process at all. No transperancy in performance management and everything is at the whim of few people at managerial position. Don't waste crucial period of your career working for this organisation. Managers are looking for scapegoats that they can fire randomly at will to hide their incompetence.

How Many you wish to know ? there are hundreds 1.Politics - if you are too good in it, then this place is for you 2.Poor performance measurement metrics 3.Being a "Chatu Employee of your manager" is the only way to be a successful employee here. 4.Instead of results , they believe in show off of efforts and process constraints 5.They themself not aware about the vision of the company and what's next after 1 year 6.Leaders are totally fine for creating a culture too safe for few employees and at the same time, few employees are overly pressured 7.Bias behavior is the utmost priority 8.No space for equal & open discussions

They're in a good space industry wise and their salaries are fairly competitive. That's about it.

Dislikes

Extreme micromanagement, poor planning, and terrible employee treatment even for a startup. Projects are planned in an extremely impulsive and inconsistent manner, with approvals required at every level even minute ones, and these approvals never come on time because management is always missing for some reason or the other. Sometimes for weeks. There is no opportunity, authority, or resources to succeed and senior management is oblivious to the fact that they are most often the reason behind this. They set u up for failure the moment you walk in. Employee feedback is treated like a joke at every quarterly or so meeting and everything ask or suggestion is met with "based on our data we don't find this change necessary." Hopeless. The CEO mostly seems like a fair person but overall the leadership team seems to have no idea how to let go and allow people to do their job. It's a miserable experience working for this company. It's in dire need of at the very least competent management.
