I'm MBA graduate with good experience, but I'm getting less salary requesting to increase my salary bcoz i have two kids and family both kids Are studying matriculation school.rest of all satisfaction for the same.

Sales team domination is high, No identity is given for Services department. Too many top management, No integrity among Top management which creating Too much pressure to ground level staff. No worklife balance, All of sudden top management calls in your personal time and ask for work.

Appraisal , Retirement Age , Job oppertunity benifit and facilities to employee blood relation .

Salary on time, New Management is good, But old Senior management people screwing company.

Dislikes

No growth, Highly dominated by Old senior management. New employees should follow every rule. Many Old employees who stayed more than 5 years are highly corrupted.

Work culture, believe in sustainable, manage in each condition ( good or bed), Good environment, management is quite transparent, company policies are okay,

Appraisal need to be more transparent, inter collaboration can get improve, ,salary was average for engineer which were passed out from premium institute (like NIT's) . Need to integrate sport culture inside company.
