I have 8.9 years experience in TK elevator & Otis Elevator company 6 years completed but not grade change not a salary difference. Vechical petrol problem ,mob bill not allowed since Six years .most important 6yers completed but increment,Petrol allow,Mob bill etc many problems.

There's nothing that I like in OTIS, I'm just grateful for learning the utmost life lessons for personal growth

I am doing work in Otis elevator company in similarly work and repair and maintenance and installation.

Just time doing work in Otis elevator company in third party sub contractor pay so I want doing work in properly join duty in Otis elevator company not pay third party sub contractor.

If you are not looking for salary Then go for its this company is a better place for learning 3 year at Otis boots your carrier

Work life balance is not that much good and salary is not upto the industrial standards

...hnical expertise within OTIS after sometime you will be redundant in the market. Financially they will pay more however long-term don't expect any promotion.

Dislikes

Middle management who are not subject matter expert create all problems. They will never allow to grow in the Organisation. Also there are more regional politics is there. People who can speak get more preference in the organisation. Top management listen to them and they get all promotion.
