Almost all department heads are very close to company director. It means your job is kind of secure if you have good terms with your department head.

Dislikes

1) Low salary - They hire needy persons only so that they can use them anyhow they want. 2) Salary decrement - instead of increasing salaries, they have a culture of deducting employees salaries for every single reason, they can use as an excuse to do it. 3) Job security - Zero. Since 2018 ( in last 3 years) 6 people left (Ravi, his friend, saurabh, ombir, pawan, subodh) and 5 people joined in purchase department. This data is self-explanatory in itself. 4) Parveen Rana is poisonous snake in purchase. He starts crying every now and then to gain sympathy and save his job, although he is good for nothing. 5) Pankaj (driver of direct purchase vehicle) is another poisonous venom, who doesn't believe in obeying seniors because he got some personal relationships with purchase head. Overall, if you join there... you will feel like cursed, every single moment.

Our company has very good working environment. Our seniors are very supportive they have to always increase our courage to do smart work for increasing Productivity, safety And Quality. We except challenge in our company for achieving company goals.

Only drawback is late salary payment.

It was a good experience .The teammates are good and they are also giving good training. As come to career growth I'm not satisfied that much but overall environment of the company is good

If i talk of dislikes about working then first thing comes into my mind is the salary, Work life balance , and much nore politics.

Nothing like... Don't join HR also fraud... initial said before joining we have 8 hrs shift after joining told 9:30 hrs shift is here... Don't waste your career over here.. Think before joining
