No appraisal, No culture they only focused on work , they don't organise even a simple event on fest or do something to keep their employees happy. They didn't give dependency or share access of life db to their employees. They didn't value your contribution.

No job Security ,they can fire you anytime ,they dont follow policies and always change policies accoridng to them and there is no equality , always partiallity with employes.

Now the company is merged with other company and new owner is firing every employee. There is no job security of existing employee and no new employee is hiring in same company.. new owner is going to shutdown this company.

I like almost everything about payworld.I am a mother of 1.6 years old boy but I wanted to work somewhere for my future growth.i got a job at payworld and because my son is very young they allowed me to work from home. Now i can work from home as well as stay with my munchkin. The only thing that can get better is if they provide 5 days working would be awesome.
