Good working culture, Got good respect, As the nature of my job involve travelling a lot I got maximum allowed mode of transport of my choice with comfort.

...n go easily in to the company but changing to another company is difficult task. Salary is very low.

Its a terrible experience at PDCS, Gave training on particular field but debuted in the field where I never get trained off. But somehow managed here and worked for almost three years. During this covid-19 situation this company never payed for the employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond for 4 years before which you canot resign. You will never get compensation and benefits. And work-life balance of the employee working here is very poor.

Very good job security.and so many projects and working software tools like microsation AutoCAD elecdes work team is good

The company provides valuable knowledge through training period and job security is good.

Dislikes

The worst thing is four years bond and collecting all certificates and passport. In case we cant continue this four year bond period they not provide experience ceritficate.

Be ready to face troubles and consequences once the resignation has been given. Company fails to respect their engineers once they give their resignation. Try leaving the company in the bond period of 4 years or 3 months notice period, you will come to know the meaning of consequences which I mentioned before.
