.my teammates members are very supportive & create a good environment of work. But In this lockdown company is not paying to our full salary of months. Politics have also involved with your job promotion.

In this company learning thing very bad no any proper guidelines to trainee. Growth rate very low of your job perfermance.

Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent and supportive, Company policies are good, There is a huge cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which I can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

How much you will put effort even if you'll give better output ,they will simply tell you to go out if there is no work for one week and main thing work life balance ,in TechPennar only work in your life there will be no personal life for you, In project time everyday timings must be 9am to tomorrow morning 5-8am , worst culture,no benefit for employees, no cultural adherence,

This company give me a low salary. My career growth is no improvement in this company. My present salary is very low to maintain my family expenses.

...ugh they don't bother about others. But there is no financial issues in company. For every 2-3 years you will get increments with different structures in salary.
