No job security while in pandemic they layoff to staffs. Work in office only even in covid lockdown time. No care about staff safety for their healths. One man can take decision about all the things.

Alternate saturday week off..only this is good..All other factors worst..no job security, no freedom to take decision and higher officials will not consider about subordinates..

Everything other than week off..no job security, no correct appraisals,only 8% increment yearly that too if u perform well or else nothing.no proper training, no scope of improvement in career..no support from higher officials..
