Office is in good location. And salary is also good. It credits timely every time.

Before joining here, I thought overall its good. But too much work pressure. There is no job security. All tasks are P0 here. You will not have any worklife balance. No such appreciations as well. Seniors will mock you if you miss any single thing.

Nothing is good here. If mistakenly you got projects from Malaysia then your life will be hell. You will be given 3/4 P0 projects at a time with strict deadlines. If you missed then you will get PIP. And here PIP means fire. No worklife balance at all.

Talented people are here, If they are supportive you can learn very good from them. If you want to learn C/C++ then surely it is a good place.

...g with employee by shifting it into one team to another in short period of time. Worst part is there is no appraisal and the variable part(bonus) depends on your management not on your performance. Also workforce is less so you have to put extra effort to prove yourself even after office hours.
