Here is 60 days notice period & after complete notice period you will receive your fnf more after 45 days so you have to work 3 month 15 days without salary, salary slip ke liye 100 baar boldoge aap tab bhi nahi milegi,worst company ever, keh denge ki de denge par denge nahi, anyways nice manipulation

This compny is amanufacturing industry. This compny has ISO 9001-2008 certified compny. I working in this compny as a production supervisor. Compny leads to me for developing my technical and management skill, knowledge. It's better chance to me for understanding production and development department.

Traveling is problematic dealy for me. Salary and other benefits has no proper time to time.

A great learning. HOD is a good person having a huge amount of knowledge not only technical but managerial also.

Hr policies are not employee friendly, most of the times the seniors are not that encouraging and might scold you just because you have completed worked according to their "way". No increment from HR amd when you want to leave they will lie to you about for increment but if you stay they wont provide any increment for years. Hr dept are worst as they dont want toc help people but to rule them. Wont provide necessary things to you on time and will ask you to adjust for their work styles. Also your work wont be aknowledged due to internal politics.
