No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Overall a good MNC , with lots facility, benefits and a lots to learn about a chemical plant, maintenance and lots more. Good management compensation afterall a satisfactory working environment.

This is the worst 3rd Class Company. No learning facility new commers Tremendous office politics here. Very Slow growth..Unstable career No commitment for new commers and very much lier this company .Very dishonest ,No technical grooming and training for new commers . Too much work pressure No commitment for salary incriment. When new commers start this job there is no Pf and Esi in the training period. Very worst department RC Maintenance . Maintenance incharge Mr kaushik pramanik is a big nonsense. And Administrative officer Mr Rajib ghose is a big rascle in this factory. Very rough & rude behavior. In this reason many new commers leave the company. Every new commers are very suffering for these people.This review is a reality to this company. It is my personal experience. So don't anyone to come/join this company, Other wise suffering for your job and work life.
