At Podar, the quality of education is good. U get the freedom to teach in utmost innovative method you want to. I used the technology to its maximum and was the favourite among my students.

The salary increments are not up to the mark. may be changed now. rest all good.

...uested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.

A great school where you can learn new things, new ways of teaching. In Podar they follow proper working time, you will get proper vacation and holidays and vacation salary also. They conduct online and offline training of the teachers to enhance their knowledge.

...ary. Some time they are giving unnecessary training which is just waste of time. Salary increment is not proper they are giving 8 to 15% to employees. But for new joiners they are offering more salary which was not fair for employees who are working from 5 to 10 years.
